§ 01 · The brief

A two-person agency that had to feel substantial.

Matt was launching a boutique, high-end agency into a market crowded with established franchises. A two-person operation had to look and feel as substantial as the big brands — while staying personal. The site needed to do three jobs at once: win vendor appraisals, surface listings to buyers, and publish a steady stream of market commentary that Matt could manage himself.

§ 02 · The strategy

The thinking, before the pixels.

01

Outcome-led positioning

Lead with the client’s result, not the agency’s ego — “Your outcome drives our approach.” Data-led and human-centred throughout.

02

Two paths, surfaced immediately

Vendors and buyers want different things, so the architecture splits at the top: Selling and Buying as distinct journeys.

03

Proof, not adjectives

Back the confidence with a trust stack — 20+ years combined experience, 500+ properties sold, a 4.9 vendor rating from 180+ reviews, plus realestate.com.au and Google reviews on the page.

04

Local authority

“The patches” — Noosaville, Noosa Heads — position the agents as area specialists, not generalists.

05

A content engine they own

An editorial “Insights” section with a distinctive visual language, running on a git-based CMS so Matt publishes market notes without a developer in the loop.

§ 03 · The build

What we made it do.

An editorial design system — near-monochrome UI, full-colour photography, italic emphasis and section numbering for a premium, considered feel.
Conversion-first flows — appraisal request as the primary action for vendors; browse-properties for buyers; a clear next step on every section.
Property listings — listing pages that drove buyer conversion, reflected well on the agency, and pulled seamlessly from their CRM.
Insights content engine — editorial articles with bespoke “marks” per piece, structured for SEO and self-service publishing.
Fast and reliable — built and deployed for speed, with reliability the agents never have to think about.
